All margin trading activity has been disabled. 3. Liquidity Provider Distribution has been set to 10%. 4. The dynamic min swap fee is enabled. For a brief write-up on this, see below. 5. If Rowan sales do occur in that 2 min window, the swap fee stays where it is. Then after 'reset-swap-fee-rate.schedule', set to 4 hours, it resets back to 100%. IMPORTANT - when swapping, make sure to pay attention to the 'minimum received', the 'liquidity provider fee', and the amounts on the confirmation modal.
